The Stephenson Lions organize special events throughout the year. All proceeds from events go to support Lions community projects. We have raised over $1 million since our inception, all donated to worthwhile causes in our community.

First Saturday in June
Annual Lobsterfest
Roll up your sleeves and stuff yourself with fresh East Coast lobster and AAA 12 oz steak! Experience live entertainment at this licenced event. Bring your friends and enjoy a night out in Port Sydney.
August Long Weekend
Annual Duck Race
The Stephenson Lions Club Duck Race fundraiser takes place each summer in Port Sydney. 2200 rubber ducks are released at the top of the Port Sydney dam and race toward the finish line at Indian Landing. The first three ducks to cross the finish line win a prize!
Late August
Muskoka Vintage Motocross
Annual vintage motorcycle races at Thornbrook, 4 Macks Rd., Port Sydney. Includes cross country, motocross, mini bikes, prizes, vintage show and shine. Food concession by the Lions Club.

Senior’s Christmas Dinner
Free Turkey Dinner with all the fixins’ for Stephenson District Seniors.
